To track progress throughout the project, I created a Trello board for Lee and I. This allowed us to keep track of what we were working on at all time as well as keep shared notes of elements such as useful links and inspirations.
Elements such as our intentions for the project, links and inspirations were added to the board.
I noted down all I needed to do in To Do, then moved them into Doing this week when working on them. When I had finished working on the element I add it to done.
As it got closer to the end of the project, there were elements left within To Do that I knew I wouldn’t be able to complete. I ranked these by priority and completed those that were more important first.
