To draw the users attention throughout the animation, lighting and object transformations will be used.

At the start of the animation the user will be seated at a computer in a bedroom. The room will be dimly lit with the primary source of light being the monitor in front of them. This will draw the users attention so that they see the prompt present on the monitor, this is vital to the story and would leave the user confused should they miss it. Once the prompt is pressed, as a part of the animation and not a user action, the user will rise slightly and the lighting in the room will become brighter. Noticing this, the user will turn around to see various objects also rising and transforming around them.

After this sequence the room will disappear around them leaving them in a void with a single source of light in the distance. This will grow and change hue, becoming the sun. Such a large source of light will draw the users attention. Planets will the begin forming and orbiting the sun, the movement of objects in the void will again draw the user to look towards them.

Once all planets are formed and orbiting, the sun will then begin changing hue and expanding. This will draw attention away from the orbiting planets and back to the light source. Once the planets are engulfed, the sun will shrink down and change colour completely. The entire process will the play out in reverse up to the point where planets are orbiting the sun and the bedroom will reform around the user. The monitor will then again be the primary light source with a prompt relating to the end of the story.
